Hey countrydad.Percocet is actually stronger than the Norco.
Of course 7.5s and 10 mg pills are pretty effective.

To me Oxycodone is very effective.

I'm glad your Doctor was willing to change your Med.

Pitmom, I've bought a host of things from Amazon to help me. That is where I got my tens unit. My favorite is probably the s-hook massager. It helps me get to the knots in my traps along my shoulder blades. I also have a palm massager that is plastic with 3 legs that have rounded balls a little larger than marbles at the ends. I use those (I have 4 in various places I spend my time) to massage the occipital nerves at the base of the skull, just a little behind the ears.

Chiropractic helped me for a quite a while, but I haven't gone in quite a while as I got tired of it and felt that is wasn't as helpful as it used to be.

This whole thing is really wearing on many areas of my life. I have it nowhere near as bad as many others here, but it's been going on so long it's just killing my will.

Head-aches are debilitating to me.Thank God I never get one unless I am coming down with the Flu.

So I feel for anyone that deals with Migraines or any other types.

Hope your Meds give you some relief.

Pitmom: I do the tennis ball too, but I put it in the freezer. The cold along with the rolling/pressure seems to help.

Interesting idea. I bought some therapy balls that are much more firm than tennis balls. I have been meaning to put one of the 3 in my car as I could really use it during my commute! I frequently use my palm massager on my occipital nerves when I drive.
