Jen86, so sorry that your mom (and you!) are going through this.
When you say "gut dryness" what do you mean? I don't understand what you are saying. Is she constipated?
What kinds of tests did they do at the hospital/doctor for this problem? I know you mentioned blood tests (the results you mentioned are high but don't sound extremely alarming to me -- they just indicate that there is a problem). Has she had any scans? If so, what kind and what were the results? Has she had a colonoscopy or an endoscopy? Those would be extremely helpful to see what is going on inside of her body with her gastrointestinal tract.
How old are you and is English your second language? I ask only because your posts are a little difficult to fully understand and if English is not your native language you may be having problems explaining your mom's condition properly to the doctors. Hospitals can often have a patient advocate or translator that could help.
Your mother sounds like she is very ill and needs medical intervention soon if she only weighs 85 pounds! I hope you can find someone who can help her soon!!
