HI and thanks first and foremost. I am 53 year old female who was told my symptoms are menopause related. Last year I took several test but all negative results. I dont believe this is menopause I am experiencing, my body feels more inflamed, at times and this comes and goes. I mean intensely inflamed. Across my chest and my back feels inflamed along with stomach pains when I eat certain foods. Moving along a sore throat, strep test negative given antibiotics but pretty inflamed. Please help with any knowledge. I may be in the wrong forum, but I need someone to respond. Also insomnia along with everything else.

Welcome to Hw! It is so frustrating when we know that something is wrong with our bodies and doctors seem clueless. I can't think of anything at the moment regarding your symptoms, but there are a lot of great members here with a wealth of experiences. No medical advice given, but lots of support, suggestions...and empathy. Sometimes it's a bit slow around here, but others WILL be by to say hi! Again, welcome!

No problem! I've been away from the forums for awhile and just happened to come across your post as I was looking around. Btw, what specific foods are a trigger?

Hi and welcome to the CP forum. I have a few questions and splash asked one,the other is can you expand on "feeling inflamed"? Just explain what your feeling such as hot,swollen,itchy?
