Hi everyone,
I know it's been awhile since I gave an update so here it is for those who don't know I had a c6- c7 acdf in March this year well it's now 6 months on and tomorrow I go for my 6 month post op check up, I feel really good although my neck does let me know if I've done too much. I'm really hoping for them to say everything is great but that will depend on the MRI I had done last month at there request. Well I will let you all know what they say please keep your fingers crossed for me.

Hi everyone,
So I had my 6month check up today and all went well. The only problem I have is that they have found a canal of fluid next to my spinal cord but they said at this moment in time it's not causing any problems but it will need to be checked once every 12 months. The doctor today was very happy with my progress and he said as far as he is concerned my op was 100 % successful so go and live life but always listen to my body it will tell me when enough is enough. I know other people out there that are concerned with having this procedure done but I'm so glad I took the risk it paid off for me. I wish everybody good health.
