I am new to this forum and have a question for whoever can answer it. Have CRPS of left foot for 9 months and it has crossed over to the right foot. Any info about exercising would be appreciated. Doing PT for desensitized, having lumbar sympathetic blocks and meds. Thanks

Hello & welcome to Healing Well. I cannot offer up any exercises just know that you have to keep the affected parts moving. Have you asked the PT person to show & recommend exercises to you? That would be a good place to start. Perhaps your treating dr can order this for you. I am sorry that I am not of much help.

I'm not CRPS. I suggest you use the search window, found above, to view older threads on the topic while you wait to see if anyone else posts on your new thread. It is not recommended to post reply on older threads, as those people have probably moved on.
