Hello,
4 years ago I was diagnosed with shingles via a small rash on my forehead and headaches etc. Recoverd fine.
Fast forward to the past 3 months and I have had these symptoms in mostly this order. Oldest to most recent.
IBS
Tinnitus
High Frequency Hearing loss
Dizziness (no inner ear disorder)
Tons of stress/anxiety
Daily headaches that throb and move around
Neck stiffness and pain (daily)
Muscle aches (random but all limbs, both sides)
Sunburn feeling on back/arms (daily. showering, clothes and laying down hurts)
Some skin redness/white bloches on arms (symmetrical)
1 small blister on shoulder that is unfortunately healed
Some random tingles (rare and in random places)
Some recent episodes of tight throat and stiff jaw.
I went into the doctor and she wasn't very aware of internal shingles and couldnt test me due the blister being healed. She didn't think I had shingles but admitted she had no experience with shingles without a rash.
Any thoughts on these symptoms and where I should proceed? Saw a neurologist recently but that was before the sunburned skin feelings and blister. I am also looking into other conditions but thought I would post here for some feedback as well.
Thanks!
