Ahh...pain...the enemy and baine of us; well if we let it- however i am having a moment of saddness, it warranted on some levels and yes it shall pass.

I guess i could moan about the pain...yeah it cruel and the 🐢 can handle pain. Off to bed; the end of winter is nigh and spring will bring some joy.

Gp...bugger, chasing this bugger around as he did a runner and palmed off his patients wirhout telling anybody; yeah found him and he copped some minor chop from me...now he seems to be gone again.

Thank goodness after many a yr i have an o.t assessment on wed. It more on psycho social but within creating mental wellness. See what ensues.

Am isolating...ph off...do not disturb on door. I will endeavour to keep strong and yes am using evetything out of the tool box. Thx for listening and stuff. HT

HT, sorry to read that you are having a hard time. I understand how cold weather can be problematic for people. It's summer where I am at & the triple digits are no fun either. Too hot to be outside for more than a few minutes. It seems like it's getting harder to strike an even balance as I get older too.

Do what you have to do & take care.

HT, is this the same GP that has a history of going AWOL on his patients? Is there a chance of getting another GP to treat with?

I hope you have a productive visit with your physical tomorrow.

It's still terribly hot here, still having some triple digit days. Weatherman is a joke stating we are having unusual heat for the beginning of fall, lol.It's still summer when this hot.

Keep cool. Yeah assessment was just me doing some shopping whilst chatting...i know she was note taking mentally. I bought her a cuppa...she going to arrange a meet up with a exercise physiology ctr for me and private pain mgt.

Yeah been hunting gps...bloody hard as none are taking new patients. Am aggrieved a tad....but i know not of his reason. I will see when he is back.

School holidays around happening thus o.t will make some meetings for when peeps back. She looking at getting me a bath rail and lever taps. She got power with housing.

Very sore....it is what it is. Cheers. HT

Had carpal consult a coupke of weeks ago. Right carpal to be done...mid nov. Gp finalmt has referred me to hosp pain mgt unit. Wow the info i had to send back was more to do with a mental hwalth evaluation. Yeah i know it basic practice these days.

Cbt....i think not. Tapping mt pain away....errrr. Am uaung a massage machine that helps via vibration. An aussie chiropractors invention....it helps when it is bad.

Kind regards. HT. 80 dollars i put in me pocket from the bank slipped out and somebody scored it. Bugger. Been helping family members and this loss sfung a tad. It happens.

HT, hopefully you can get your surgery done without anymore delays. I know you have been waiting quite awhile for this to happen. I am really surprised the vibration helps your hand, I would think the vibration irritates the nerve more, interesting.

My daughter had her hand done about a year ago. She did fantastic. She uses her hands repetitively at work & when tax season hit she did not have any trouble.

So sorry about losing the money.

Glad to read the surgery is in your rear view mirror! Do you find the bandage annoying? My daughter did I had to keep reminding her, the dr said leave it on until your return appt & keep it dry & clean.

It will get better & better as more time goes by. She has done great & I hope the same for you.

Stopped using walking stick and shouldees get a little reprieve. Neck...diff mater. 17 dec see post op and will seek input for left carpal tunnel release. HT

Walking sticks can be problematic for shoulders & necks!! It sounds like your hand surgery is progessing right along, awesome!
