Hi everyone, hope you're all having a low-pain day. It's been quite a while since I've been here, life being the complicated thing it is.
My pain is bad all the time now since I had a lumbar disc re-rupture last summer. My pain doctor told me I absolutely should get the Shingrix shot immediately (I'm 66). Since I already live with severe nerve pain, the thought of Shingles amping it up even further (!!!) spurred me to make an appointment for today.
My second Covid shot in March gave me a fever and fatigue - that, I expected - but it also made my everyday pain waaay more intense (couldn't even doze off) for a couple of days. So I'm expecting something similar with this one.
I can't find much looking through the archives here. Anyone have a story to tell? Thanks.
Debbie
