What is this lower back pain?! PLS HELP ME

Hello everyone pleasehelp me as I am convinced I have C!

My back pain started 4 weeks ago and until now it hasn't relented!!! It comes in waves, for a few hours I will feel perfectly normal and think to myself Thank God this is behind me, but then I will get a wave of intense/crampy/spasmic lower back pain that lasts at least a few hours. I always have the urge to bend forward when it comes.
What scares me as I do not see a pattern or a trigger?! It comes on any time of day regardless of the activity I am doing. Last night at 3am I woke up with intense cramps and now I feel fine. I am so scared, has anyone experienced this?!! What could cause this? I had a colonoscopy in May and a pelvic exam/pap smear in July both were normal. IM scared its a spinal tumor or something.

Hi there, sorry to read you are still having the back issues. If you are still out of the country go see an ER, not sure where you are but in some countries they call them A&E's. If a tumor was on your spine that caused pain, the pain would be constant, not sporadic as you are describing. Go get checked out so you can get some help.
