Elbow Replacement Pain?

Saw the surgeon yesterday and the X ray reveals that the implant is showing loosening. The humeral stem has lucency as does the ulnar stem which means the cement is not holding well.
So what to do?
Pain is not terrible most times but if I push up as like when I get out of a chair, it hurts very very badly
So I must be careful and hope in time it heals so more.
Have a brace and do not want to strap it on all the time but I may have to.
well this sucks!

Saw the doctor and he is minimizing the symptoms in his report.
The X-ray however shows loosening in both humeral and ulnar components.
If I push down to get up, I feel like my arm is going to break.
It's bad but thank God not constant

Still painful but I'm done with surgery.
Doctor wants to think he cured me but nope.
Maybe maybe my range of motion is better but the pain is bad

New surgeon notes that my X-ray shows that the doctor who did my surgery left a vessel loop in my arm.
Claims it's not causing the pain but I have to say I don't trust doctor's that much.
Don't want a third surgery but may have to if pain keeps getting worse.

I also read that the doctor left in a staple along with the vessel loop.
Arm is hurting bad and eventually I'll require a third revision.
I wish I never had the elbow replacement
