Constant headaches anyone?

I believe my headaches are a direct result from my chronic conditions--I know it's not migraines, feel more related to fatigue, they increase when my UC/IBS is really active; also wake up--pretty much--every morning w/head pain. Last visit my MD suggested that maybe the headaches are related to pain meds, six weeks off pain meds and I may be headache free--we're not going that route b/c I also have other pain in gut, fatigue related, etc. When I wasn't on pain meds, I was taking up to 10 tylenol a day, just to get through work and things I needed to do (and not very effectively). I'm just not convinced that my head pain is related to anything other than to my chronic conditions. Any thoughts; your head pain stories? Furthermore, does anyone also suffer from feeling "out of sorts" all the time?

Thanks for the response Circa. I would be more open to the option that it could be the pain meds if I didn't have the same headaches years before I was on the pain meds--you know, the years in the beginning of chronic illness when doctors try everything before giving you anything stronger.

alot of folks on the board now seem to have what sounds like to me Chiari symptoms.
