I take Calcium and Vitamin D, because I'm on Entocort. I have a probiotic, but I often forget to take it because a) it's in the fridge and b) I'm supposed to take it two hours after I stop eating in the evening. For some reason that's hard for me to remember all the time!
I drink a lot of herbal tea (A LOT) and I really feel the feel-good effects of Eater's Digest by Traditional Medicinals.
