Pain - Could I be pregnant?

Good morning everyone.  Eww....Monday.

My question is this - I have a strange pain that I've never felt before.  It is just above my pubic bone, about five inches below my belly button.  It started about 4 days ago as a dull ache, not quite a cramp, that came & went throughout the day.  Yesterday it got a little worse throughout the day, and I eventually took some tylenol.  This morning it's back to the usual low level of pain.  Not painful per se, but annoying.

I have my fingers crossed that it means I'm pregnant but does that sound likely?  Or is it Crohn's related?

I would buy one of those pregnancy kits and give it a go.  Is there a possibility you could be pregnant?  I wish you luck that the test is positive.

The only way to know for sure is to test. Are you late?

I'm not late yet...I'm supposed to get my period on the 18th.

I called my general doctor and she wants me to come in...wish me luck!

Did you just get off birth control pills recently?

Sometimes women have pelvic pain around the time they ovulate. It happens to me sometimes now that I'm off the pills.

I know that I felt that way when I was pregnant with my 3rd daughter. I had my second c-sect and that is the way my pelvic area felt when I found out I was pregnant with #3. Keep us posted. I hope you are pregnant and not flaring.

My friend told me that cramping like that could mean that your body is preparing for the baby (shes experiencing them now and early along) - maybe good signs - here's to hoping!

I've had Crohn's for about 9 years now and I'm still surprised with new symptoms but I can tell you that I am 7 weeks pregnant right now and I felt those pains but not until after I was 3 days late. They only lasted approximately 2 days. Hopefully, it is a good sign for a baby. Good luck with everything!

My crystal ball is a bit cloudy:) Maybe get a test? It is possible to have mild pains lik that early on. Wishing you well!

Wishing you good luck, I'll pray for you. I wish myself to be pregnant. I used to try to become pregnant, but instead of pregnancy, I was diagnosed with Crohn. Now I am very disappointed due to my illness and age ...

Oh Hoping this is all good news and that you are pregnant. I had similar pains with both my pregnancies. It's good that you are seeing your doctor. Good luck...
