Well, if you're still on the entocort you could have 10 pounds sticking around from retaining fluid. Otherwise, it sounds like you are doing the right thing by exercising, the only other tip I have is to do some strength training in addition to the cardio you are already doing. Even something that doesn't involve weights, like lunges or situps, will build muscle and help you lose weight. Don't feel too bad if you can't lose weight while on entocort though, I've never ever been able to lose weight while on steroids :P
