Thanks again. I missed lunch but for supper had some rice with my chicken noodle soup. Also had a cornbeef sandwich.
I got to get back to eating full meals, well atleast one good meal for the day.
I never thought to take Boost in sips through out the day but will try and see if I can tolerate it that way.
There are some great replies here, so I hope anyone that is in the same boat as me will take some of this good advice as well.

the exercise, in the past I've done toning with light weights. Having crohn's and FM, I do them for awhile and quit when my muscles feel totally drained.
A few days ago, I looked at my arms in disgust. the skin was loose and looked like the muscle underneath had disappeared. this is what is prompting me to eat better. I don't want to wither away. Also I know I need to build myself up nutritionally before I can even start to lift weights fpr strength and to tone so I don't look so skinny. .
I still do some walking.
