Your closet has sizes 2 to 8 and you have to keep all them handy because you never know what size you'll be when you wake up.

You look like you're 6 months pregnant by bedtime. (this still freaks my husband out each time, haha)

You can't remember what you were doing 10 minutes ago.

Everything you do revolves around where the bathroom is located.

You've requested a laptop from your boss so you can get some work done while in your second office (known to most as "the bathroom")

You just plan on being late for everything.

You carry your cell phone to the bathroom to keep your mind occupied playing games, since you are in there for a while, just cannot always take a book (too obvious)

Most of your Christmas card list is to Doctors.

you might be a chronnie if your doc tells you to write your on orders and he'll just sign them. also you might be a chronnie if you use bathrooms that your friends would noy go near.i'm am really falling in love with you guys.

Every number & name in your Cell phone or PDA ends in the initials MD..

Your doctor(s) just nod & sign the rx paper...

You've had EVERY diagnostic medical test KNOWN to man...

Plus a few new ones!

You can dry swallow pills made for a horse at work with hardly a breath..

When pick your new house by the number of bathrooms it has and, whether it is one-level living for when you have your next surgery (sigh).

When you keep blankets and towels on your chairs to keep them clean but tell your friends you are keeping off pet hair. :-(

..You think the new 3D views of hotel rooms are great, because you can check out the bathroom.
..when you check into a motel, you ask for extra toilet paper

Sniper, OMG a "Smelly hockey puck" I am going to be laughing about that one all day!!!! I also liked the one about glowing in the dark... lol Thanks so much for this thread. at least we are laughing about CD and having some fun! you may have CD if you can correct Doctors on the spot. (I had one tell me smoking was good for CD, when I read it was not, I kindly ignored him) Karen

Im new here but not new to Crohns-diagnosed in 89-I usually avoid visiting these types of forums because they can be so depressing but this made my day

LOL I just had to add some of my own

You know you have crohns when

-you can spell crohn's disease

-Your cat is not the only one who has used the catbox

-You rate your day on how many TP rolls you went thru

-Your hubby doesnt bring you flowers he brings you Charmin

-Your new years eve resolution was to not spend a week of every month in the hospital

-You were jealous of Katie Couric when she got her coloscopy on TV because her colon and intestines were a lovely shade of pink and had no holes, bright red spots or scars

When you develop your own brand of "bathroom humor" and laugh the loudest at your own jokes!

When you can gross out 7 year old boys with your "potty" language.

When you certainly know of a topic to bring up when you want someone to stop talking to you and go away.

When your cats feel sorry for you and cuddle up close to comfort you.

When you become a connoisseur of wet wipe brands.

We you have been observed stripping store shelves bare in order to protect yourself against the darn hoarders!

You get all your worldly news from magazines/newspapers that you leave next to your toilet.

You read all of LOTR and The Hobbit while sitting on the john.

You walk into a kitchen stuffed full of food you only now realize you can't eat.

You carry a backpack full of caffeine free pop and calmoseptine ointment wherever you go.

Your friends automatically assume youre in the bathroom if you don't answer the phone by the second ring.

When "I'm in the bathroom" becomes a legitimate excuse not to do something.

You set up a laptop in the bathroom so you can stay entertained while you alternate between pooping and soaking in the tub (fissures)

You walk like a penguin whenever you don't feel well.
