Remicade/Humira/Methotrexate

Is is possible that Humira will help when Remicade did not or should we go towards Mexotrexate?

The drs cannot decide if it is crohns or colitis.  My daughter (17) was in the hospital in mid February and she had her first Remicade infusion and was sent home.  She had the second loading dose the end of Feb.  Within a month she was back in the hospital with worse symptoms and she had to get a blood transfusion.  This time while in the hospital they did the last loading dose and doubled it (10).  She was in the hospital almost all of March and April (we would come home every couple of weeks and have to go back within 3 or 4 days because she was in so much pain). She ended up  with 4/5 blood transfusions and a colostomy.  The drs left her rectum and her sigmoid colon in hopes of getting them better with meds and doing a reversal next summer.  She has been using proctifoam since we came home the end of April and started on Rowasa a week ago.  (we are giving the Rowasa thru the stoma because the drs feel like it will reach the sigmoid colon better).  So far, she is still bleeding thru her rectum. They said the next step is Humira or Methotrexate.  Methotrexate kind of scares me and plus they said if she has colitis then it will not help but Humira will help both crohns and colitis.  At this point they are not sure which she has.  I did not know since the Remicade did not help her is there a chance that Humira still can?  Sorry for rambling.

Yes we are in southern Ohio.  What part are in from?  She was dx when she was 12 but did not have any problems until spring 2006 and spent a week in Childrens Hospital (Columbus) and got better and everything was going great until January of this year and things just kept going downhill.
