I have alot of workout equiptment, one of the recent ones I bought off of ebay was the body slide, I'm pretty sure it's from the mid 80's (cheryl ladd was promoting it) and you put the little booties on over your running shoes and glide back and forth (like skating) from side to side, man what a cardio workout that is and it's great for toning the butt and legs.
I also have a punching bag and it truly is a great stress reliever too plus it's great for the muscles because you're not just whacking thin air, but something is always better than nothing so if you have a wii, then utilize it.
