Can anyone recommend a good weight gain product? I'm recovering from a flair up and lost some weight...as if I could afford to lose any anyway. My appetite is coming back and I want to kick start some weight gain. I don't think I want the bodybuilder stuff with all the goofy crap in it. Just a good formula to drink till I get some weight back. Thanks

The only thing that has helped me gain weight is Prednisone, and that's not what you are looking for it sounds like. Good Luck on finding something that works for you. Someone on here will probably have suggestions....

I drink a lot of boost and ensure shakes. Personally I like the tastes, but that might be from not being able to eat in a long time so...they give you a fair amount of calories, are easy to get down, and have a lot of great vitamins and minerals. Just make sure they're thoroughly chilled!

I agree with LMills - i really like the ensure shakes - strawberry is my fave - they taste like a strawberry milk shake & have tons of fat & calories to help you put on some pounds!

 Yes I live in Indiana. I looked online for weight gain stuff and found some I will try. I just didnt want to get into all the body building enzymes and whatever they put in that stuff. Just a high calorie shake. Thanks for your reply. Tony
