I have the same problem. I have the blood test scheduled for r/a and thyroid, but will take some time to get the results.
My nutrionist told me to eat pig gelatin. It is found in horrible chewy sweets, but i have about
10 a day and have noticed a difference! Don't ask me, but it does seem to be helping. She said that it is highly asorpable in this form for people who have malabsorption problems.
I have managed to find some without any artificial sweetners, colors and the like.
