Safe foods for me:
- Steamed/baked potatoes
- Steamed zuccini and carrots
- Rice
- White bread
- Steamed/grilled chicken or beef
- Pasta
- White bread
- Cheese
- Eggs
- Bananas
- coffee (only decaf)
- tea
- Ice cream (except chocolate flavour)
Forbitten foods:
- Fish (except grilled salmon)
- Sausages
- various sauces (ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise etc)
- Lettuce and spinach (could send me to the hospital right away!)
- Corn (comes out undigested)
- Oranges, apples, pears
- Nuts (pop corn will have me in pain for days)
- Tomatoes
- Generally anything with seeds, peals, raw vegetables will give me pain and diarrea
- Soda
- Alcohol
- Milk & Yoghurt
Now there are some foods that may not bother me one day, and kill me the next day, e.g.:
- Pizza
- Fried food
- Souvlaki (greek food maybe you don't know it)
- cookies
- Chips etc.
- Chocolate
