HELP QUICK!

I tell them after I am hired, when it comes up naturally. I usually don't wait until I am sick. It usually comes in training like "by the way, I may have to step out to use the restroom because I have crohns. Please don't be offended if I step out while you are still speaking."

I told during an interview b/c I didn't want to deal with them possibly having a bad attitude when I needed off to go to the doc. I told him flat out that I will need off to go to doc appointments and if that was an issue than I don't want the job. He was totally cool about it and since I always worked to make up my hours never said boo about to me. I was actually on a med (for about a month) wear I slept all the time. Literally, between calls and such I would lay my head down and close my eyes. I still got my work done but it was not easy. You're certainly not obligated to tell someone. I really think I just got lucky with that job--I still miss it and occasionally visit my former co-workers.

I told them up front, but then again, they were begging me to take the job. So, I knew I was getting hired either way.
