What hours will you be working, Eva? Will you have some control over when you'll be working so you can go there when you're at your best and not at your worst?

Eva - you are just nervous. It is going to be fine. Remember everyone poops and pees at work. Not just sick people. Tons of people leave my classes everyday just cause they too much coffee before class. No one is going to ask questions or wonder. If you are only worried about
going "once" while there. You are not worrying about
anything.

Everybody Poops! (one of my favorite books these days) Its almost comical because around 10:30 its like my entire office has a mass exodus to the bathroom as a result of their morning coffee runs! Also, many offices have a private, single handicap bathroom in addition to the multiple stall style ones. Why don't you ask someone if there is one in your building? Don't let being nervous or embarrassed keep you down! Good luck!

Dont stress yourself out! Maybe try just eating light before work, and maybe some immodium if that helps you at all. Goodluck, and dont worry yourself sick!

I feel you eva! I'm going through the same thing and it's literally making me sick. I regret taking the job I have myself!
I'm not going to lie...it sucks! All I can say is try to hang in there and I know that's hard.

Eva, we have all been there. I finally got over having to go in public and at work. I try my best to be alone but sometimes I am not and now I can handle it. Try not to stress about it too much. Stressing out or getting upset always makes me have to go poop... Karen

I always take the stall closest to the wall so I only have one neighbour (if that). Often the entire washroo is empty. There are 7 stalls in the bathroom. A few days ago someone came into the empty bathroom and took the one beside me. Why??? At first it made me uncomfortable (to say the least) but then I just let it rip...serves her right!!!! It's a natural bodily function and everyone does it. That's what washrooms are for. I've long ago gotten over having a good "dump" at work. When I'm in a flare I can go 8 times a day there! Usually I'm down to 2 or 3 now (6-8 a day, a lot better than 25!!!)
My personal pet peeve though is when people use the washroom as a social gathering spot and have really long conversations by the sinks...I just speed up their exit by releasing a little floral bouquet!!!
Good luck,
Bev
