anybody heard of Ustekinumab?

I saw my GI today and he's doing a drug trial for Ustekinumab starting in November.  I've never heard of it before.  I've done a wee bit of reasearch on the web and haven't found much about Ustekinumab and Crohn's. 

Have any of you all heard of it? thanks

"Ustekinumab is a new, human monoclonal antibody in Phase 3 development by Centocor, Inc. for the treatment of moderate to severe plaque psoriasis, and is being investigated as an infrequently administered subcutaneous injection. Ustekinumab is a novel biologic therapy that targets interleukin 12 (IL-12) and interleukin 23 (IL-23), naturally occurring proteins that are important in regulating the immune system and that are also believed to play a role in immune-mediated inflammatory disorders."

The above quote is from the link Kasper posted. This is exciting becuase scientists/physicians are getting closer to figuring out how to test for getting the right therapy for the right patient. So that means a simple blood test may help in getting us the right meds and not having to find it by trail and error.

Thanks for the input, everyone. My doctor said he was really excited about it because the preliminary data is good and the saftey data is good. I'm not sure I'm going to participate in the study, but I'll certainly talk to my doctor more about it.
