How do you do with soy? I ask because I also eat gluten free and recently found Tofu Shirataki pasta and it is delicious. Women benefit from the soy and it is low in carbs and gluten free. It is ususally in the refrigerated pasta section or sometimes wherever the tofu is stashed.
