Hi everybody, hope all of you are well!
I hope you want laugh with my post, but as you probably know peanut butter is not common at all here in Greece, 90% of the people don't even know what it is. Anyway, I have tried it some times, but it's not something I really enjoy. Last Saturday I was shopping in a very big super market and I saw they were selling peanut butter (an american brand). So I bought two jars, and guess what... my children loved it!
So to make a long story short, I wanted to know what else I can put in a peanut butter sandwich to make it even more tasty for them. Today I made them sandwiches for school and I only put peanut butter, but I'm sure if they eat it for more than a week, they will soon be bored, so I wanted to have a few recipes on how I can make it even more delicious for them.
Finally, is peanut butter healthy for children? Their school sandwiches consisted up to now of cheese, ham or turkey, tomatoe, lettuce, egg, cucumber etc, and I don't want to replace it with peanut butter if it's not healthy.
Thanks!
Christina
P.S. I may not be familiar with peanut butter, but I would love to give you greek recipes!
