Okay. Went to the primary doc, and he's more worried about
the potassium count than the neutrophils -- totally opposite of the GI squad. He wants me to wait until the cold is good and out of my system and retest, though, because his thought is that the results are bunk. He went through a couple lists of symptoms, and then said if my potassium was THAT bad and my neutrophils were THAT bad, I'd have symptoms of *something.* Which I don't. We joked about
my going on the all-banana diet complemented by generous swigs of molasses just to mess with the lab techs, and that was pretty much it.
So...I officially don't know what to think. What I DO know is that I want this figured out and off my plate so I can get on with other things. Anyone else have any idea what to think? I'm
open to suggestions.
