New to Humira

I just started Humira last month. I've had my two loading doses and my first regular dose, so I'm five weeks into it now. I had been diagnosed with UC 14 yrs ago, pretty mild until 2006 when it went sideways and I was in the hospital for a month. I've not been great since. I started Remicade in the summer but broke through after a few weeks, so was back in hospital in October for a couple weeks. When I got in I went through the usual multitude of tests and then some and a rectovaginal fistula was discovered. Boom - diagnosis changed to Crohn's just as we'd been talking about large colon removal and a pouch. So now I'm trying Humira. I am feeling somewhat better but not symptom-free yet, so have stayed on 20mg prednisone and salofalk suppositories. It's all fun and games, you know?

I'd be interested in other Humira stories - misery loves company and all :)
