Thanks for caring LMills! It would be great if we could all find something, ANYTHING, that would help us get healthy and stay healthy.
After my wine setback the other day, I was a bit depressed. I was getting stomach pains similar to those that ultimately signify a blockage, except that the pain never increased in strength and frequency. I was hoping I had seen the last of symptoms like those. Then I got to thinking about
how the wine said it contained sulfites, and the last time I had a couple of dried apricots with sulfite on them, I ended up in the ER. Even though the cause of my flair could have been sugar in the wine (you never know when a company adds extra), the alcohol, the sulfites, or something totally unrelated, I know I won't be trying wine again anytime soon. I just really hope it was something in the wine and not something else simmering inside my intestines

If you want to try the homemade yogurt sometime, you can do it without any fancy equipment. All you need is some glass jars, a thermometer, a light (for your heat source) and a place to keep your yogurt at a constant temp. Some people use their ovens, a cupboard, or a box. Here's a video of how to do it:

I'm off to have tea as well! I was never a hot tea fan in the past, but now try to drink a glass of green or mint tea each night. Cinnamon muffins sound delicious! I can't wait until I'm ready to eat something similar
