Having crohns for 31 years now, one of my concerns is trying to gain weight...does anyone have any good and proven suggestions on what supplements, diet, drinks, etc. on how to put on weight...I use to be 165 lbs and athletic, now I can't get past 135 lbs...I would feel better and look better with another 20 lbs or so..

Well, I think one of the most important questions is what you can and cannot tolerate? There are plenty of high protein foods that you can add to your diet, but it obviously depends on your ability to eat and take them in well.
Also, what have you tried in the past, and what does your diet normally consist of now?

You might consider reading "Life Without Bread" by Dr. Wolfhgang Lutz. If you want to skip the cover price, here it is:
Reduce dietary carbohydrates to no more than 72 grams/day. That's it.
Once the D stops, once the damage to the intestines stops, the absorption of nutrients can resume and you can gain weight.
Good luck!
