Hi Navy,

I'm sorry I didn't see this post sooner.  I am very sorry that you are going through this but glad that your mom is no longer suffering and is in a better place.  Now she will be there for you as your guardian angel.  Take time to grieve your loss but take advice from the Irish and make sure you celebrate her life.  You will of course be sad! But I am sure your mom would want to be remembered for all her good times.  Please keep posting here so we can support you through the services.  (HUGS)!

Navy, so sorry for your loss. My Mom died a year and a half ago after being in a care home the last 6 years of her life. I know that she didn't have much quality of life left and that she no longer unhappy and suffering, but it's still a real loss and not so easy to deal with. It makes me cry when remembering times in her life, but it still somehow helps to talk about those times. Many (hugs), Bets

very sorry for your loss...hopefully each day forward will lessen the pain but still bring you memories of all her great qualities and the times you were able to share in them.

Honey I'm so sorry for the loss of your Mom, but at least she's at peace. Only words I know, they seem so useless, at times like these.

Hi Navy:

I'm so sorry for your loss. I know how hard it is to have your mom pass away. My mom passed away on June 28,1998. At the time I felt like the pain would never end. Take your time to grieve and remember your Mom will be there with you always. She'll be your guardian angel.

I sincerely hope that your loss doesn't cause your CD to flare up more than it already is. If I can help in anyway, please don't hesitate to let me know.

I am sorry to read of your loss...even when we know what the outcome will be it is still a shock to our hearts. There is comfort that she is at peace and looking down on you now!

I'm so sorry for your loss, Navy. I often think of how painful it was when I've lost people close to me. When you're close to your mom, there is no other bond like it. I still have my mom and can't even begin to imagine how I might feel if she were to pass on before me. My only consolable words would be for you to know that she is still with you, and lives on through you. She is an angel who outgrew her form. Hugs and blessings to you and your family at this tender time.
