Has anyone used B-12 patches before, and if so how did they work for you?
Thanks, Sherri

Not personally, but anything is better than needles IMHO! Must ask my doctor about
these!

I've never heard of the patches, but its interesting. I do know that I get tingling when my B12 is low. I had it yesterday, I was just about
due for my shot (about
2 days early) I had my husband give me the injection, and the tingling stopped within an hour or so. So I guess the shots work pretty fast.

Humm... never heard of these. I take the dissolvable B12s daily, 4 - 5.
