Pain and Irritable ? Test Result ?

I have CBC and sedimental rate and small bowel follow through, it show normal. The only thing that was not is the IBD serology 7 that test my ASCA and Anti-ompC are high. Plus IBS symptom and constipation after a meal. I have more problem with feeling light headed, tire, cranky and light pain in above and below the belly region and on my calf. The pain only occur after eating, worse at night and goes away the next day. The rash is more like blood blister in the mouth, acne like on my chest and cherry dot on my legs. My symptoms improve if I eat less and strict diet.

1. Are you guys on constant pain or only after you eat ? Is it sharp or dull pain ? Are rectum pain after eating part of crohns?

2.Is light headed and feeling irritated after a meal are common in crohns?

4. Anyone have IBD serolgy test done? What about normal sedimental rate. Could that mean I dont have crohn?

Depending on how I'm feeling, I can have constant pain or pain just after eating. When it's just after eating, I have it before, during and for a few hours after every bowel movement. Sometimes, if I have no food in my stomach, I will feel better.
