I live in Florida.....but spent a lot of time and have a lot of family in an area just outside Dunnville...small town south of Toronto ...on the Grand River

Oklahoma, including western Oklahoma (Wheat Country) seems to have a very high rate of Crohn's and Celiac disease. I think the rate here must be higher than other areas of the US. I know of 4 on this forum. On a typical day at my job in the health foods industry, I speak to two or three.
