I have crohns with constipation. I feel better if if I stay on a strict diet, probiotic and ginger tea.

Do Not Eat

no sugar
no wheat
no spicy
no fat
no dairy
no fruit
no bean
no hard or process food

Should Eat

spinach soup
brown rice broth
cook vegetable and light white rice
soft meat or boil egg
some apple
light sauce
steam fish
eat smaller meal

Other sugestion find online

coconut milk
aloe vera juice
fish oil
Primal Defense from Garden of Life (probiotic)

Have anyone try these if it help? It might take few month, but worth a try

Fruit is extreamly healthy and essential for your insulin levels, no way would I give up fruits. I wouldn't eat white rice though, it's starchy processed. Funny you put "no fruit" in your do not eat list but in your eat list you put some apple???

I am glad that your regiment is working so well for you. However, what works for you might not be the best for others. All of us here react so differently to diet, medicattions, supplements.

In regards to two products you listed - aloe vera juice and Primal Defense. Aloe vera use has caused some to have sudden and extreme worsening of symptoms. My suggestion is to proceed with caution if you are going to take this. Primal Defense is just one of the probiotics for sale. I do not know the cost but suggest anyone interested in probiotics to compare the various products.

When i looked at your dont eat and eat list it didnt leave much I like left - I would starve lol.

be aware that you will probably need some sort of fruit intake in some way...scurvy
