fatigue/stress bleeding

My Crohn's has been doing very well lately.  Few to no symptoms, and according to my GI the latest colonoscopy shows no active inflammation.  However....  I was out shopping this weekend and getting really tired.  Suddenly I felt like I was leaking a little bit.  I headed home to get cleaned up, and it turns out it wasn't poo.  I had been bleeding, and my rear was really sore and chapped feeling.  I showered to clean up (wow, that hurt) and slathered on the Calmoseptine and haven't had any further problems.  Does anyone else get some minor bleeding when they over do it?

Crohn's can cause a rectal fistula which can lead to bleeding, but mine only bleeds when I use the bathroom. I don't get the chapped feeling, either. When it flares up it can cause a lot of bleeding.
