am I crazy??

OKay so my gastro called tonite and left a message stating that my biopsies from the colonoscopy looked good- there was only a few that showed questionable inflammation. I dont get it. I know I have had all the symptoms and the dehydration also which is clinical proof so if it isnt my crohns then what the hell is wrong with me and where do i go from here.. I am so confused.. he will tell me it must be IBS but then in the same breath tell me that IBS doesnt cause dehydration... I feel like I am going crazy when my own body makes me sick but at the same time doesnt validate my experiences. I have a PICC line in because of my frequent dehydration- the only thing I can think is that the prednisone cleared up the inflammation but can it work that way? I mean I guess so since my symptoms are slowly improving but since I still have issues I would think the biopsies would reflect that.. I know I am not making any of this up and yet my own dr doesnt believe me...
