meds

I went to the ER on Monday and was told by my CT scan I may have crohn's disease. I went to my GI on Thursday and she thought it looked like it may be severe case crohn's also. She put me on Pentasa and prednisone and scheduled me a CT Entergraphy, EGD and a Colonoscopy next week. Will these meds prior to the test change my results. I have the same pain and vomiting since I was 19 (now 33). I am worried that it may calm down and they will not confirm the diagnosis.

I doubt it since it's only a week later, if it was after a few months it's possible that you'd be harder to diagnose. You will not be fully healed by then, so they will be able to see your disease still.
