        No, I didn't forget you this place, or CD.

        But generally feeling better than I have in a long time I've just been very active offline. Also, learning a new online system too.

        Just stopping in to say hello & hoping everyone is doing well or better than they were!

So glad to hear from you again and to hear you are doing so well. So did you get your joints to finally calm down, and no more stones??? I was just thinking about you the other day:)

hey stranger...was just thinking about you a few posts ago myself.  I am so glad you have a great reason to have been AWOL.  Keep up the activity and glad to see you check in.

Well, they were until I overworked them a bit. Kinda went caving down near Austin, TX. Quite physical & my knee pads slipped a couple of times. I won't rent again. Well, anyway, I'm nearly recovered & moving naturally again. If you don't know about Texas caves, well let's just say, they like them LOW & LONG around here. But after doing some in Carlsbad, I got bit by the bug. Yes, I will go again.
No sign of large stones again ( fingers crossed!) though I passed a bit of grit about 8-9 days ago. I keep my UT PH acidic as possible. Seems to really work!

I'm just waiting to rebuild my bank account up & I'll be off again. I need to join a club or the NSS though..
Despite the effort & some pain, I find it quite exhillirating..

hey.... so really what your saying is you got bored with your new "fun" life and had to come back? yeah, i thought so! :O)...

isnt caving like that game, "dying in coal mine without tools?" or "drowning underground for those that are to lazy to find an above ground river"? HMM?
