Anyone ever tried Digestive Advantage Crohn's & Colitis?

Just wondering if it worked well for anyone...

I tried it and it didn't work for me at all...HOWEVER...I tried it during a particularly awful flare and I only received relief from this flare after having surgery to remove the horribly damaged and involved area of my colon that was giving me so much trouble.
I have since tried Phillips' "Colon Health" with great results, taking a capsule every 12hrs. I also recently tried Align, but I did not respond well to it and after 2wks I've decided to go back to the Phillips product because I *did* have good results.

*ps...everyone is DIFFERENT, our bodies are affected and deficient in various ways so we each have to find what works for us. I do not believe there is one, magical, take-this-and-it-will-cure-you product out there.
We have to find what works for us at whatever particular point we are at in our lives.

I never tried the one specific for Crohn's and colitis. I did try the regular one (for milk lactose sensitivity) and that did indeed work well. So if milk is currently giving you diarrhea, you might want to give this a try.

No diarrhea. Constipation. I have tried this, this is my second or third time, for a month, and am still having problems. I just wondered if anyone else had tried it & if it helps anyone.

My son has fissures and we've tried everything to soften his stools. Just recently, I went out ang bought at the health food store, these gummy bears with fiber. He takes 4 a day and drinks plenty of water and now he doesn't need his Colace. It's pretty amazing, he's having normal stools and it's not bothering fissures...which are hopefully healing at this point. He used to have stomach problems before he was diagnosed, so I put him on the Lactose Intolerance pills from Digestive Advantage. He improved by 95% in 3 days. He started eating again and he gained weight, so I thought he was lactose intolerant. I now know that it was the really good probiotics in these products that actually helped him. It's amazing stuff.

I too the Lactose Intolerant ones for probably 2-3 years. But they recently changed their formula from solid caplets to capsules and it tore up my gut after that and I had to quit them. They worked great for me, much like michmo said that I started having more normal stools with less bathroom visits. I have been having problems with my gut since, so think I will give PB4's Primadolphilus Reuteri a shot to see if they will help as well.
