I now see that you've said you have elevated white count then I would call your doctor, if not today, then definetly tom, ont he 5th day. I wouldnt wait much longer, usually means your body is 'fighting something off' but as you know in us crohnies usually means we're flaring, hence the immuno-suppresents for us to keep down those anti-bodies and such being made to fight imaginary illnesses that we really dont have the body just thinks we have. So bottom line is you should call. I find that amazing you dont vomit even when you flare. I immediatly cant keep anything down, no vomiting and I cant keep down water even , so definetly no food will stay down. I have very watery ostomy, vomiting severe pain obviously dehydrated just very miserable and mine do not and will not get better, until I ATLEAST get an ER visit, more then often I have to be admitted, to get fluids, get pain under control, usually my nasuea is under control by time I leave the ER but the pain is still great and dehydrated and all so they admit me and get that under control give me salumedral(IV prednisone) to get the under lying causes of inflammation getting better and monitor my meals and such on what I can handle. I just gotta give it to you, no vomiting it great, doesnt mean your flares arent bad to you, just I would love to not vomit when I flare, to me that would keep me out of the hospital quite a bit if I coudl just not vomit.
