I was just going through some pictures and found one of me from last year when I had some major moon face.  Yay for being off prednisone!!

(I just needed to share with someone and my family is way tired of hearing about anything Crohn's-related... figured you guys would understand :-) )

Haha, I can't wait until I can take some pictures without my moon face! I actually took one when it was at its biggest....and I posted it on myspace....I had soo many people asking who it was, or how I edited it to look like that.  I had a side by side pic of me normal and me with moon face.  Its unreal.

I just started taking prednisone again and am considering taking a picture a day to watch the evolution of my face (assuming I'm on it long enough for it to get moonish). The first time I was on pred (7 months), I didn't even notice until after the fact that it had gotten rounder. I guess I was lucky, probably since I wasn't on too high a dose. Let's hope I'm not on it nearly as long this time!

Lucky me, on my passport photo I have the lovely moonface. Will have to look at that photo for years to come:(

I never noticed it myself at the time, but apparently everyone else did haha. And I see pictures like that one now and can't believe I wasn't more self conscious. I was on it for 7 months also, but the picture I'm looking at now couldn't have been more than a month after I started.

Poor Nanners! I almost had to get my passport picture taken while I was on prednisone, but it turns out it didn't need it for a cruise to the Bahamas. I would have died, though lol.
