A carbohydrate is basic form is sugar. The SCD diet is a basic idea to eliminate sugar and long sugars like starch, but has reluctingly permitted some fruits (low in sugar but you still get sugar). So theoretically the drink can have a berry juice, but I think this diet is definitely leaning to the proteins, meat, fish, eggs. So why not call the SCD a high protein diet? Apart from whether the high protein diet is a good idea lets make a drink:
Basic calorie knowledge:
protein 4 calories per gram,
carbohydrate 4 calories per gram,
fats 9 calories per gram.
Without getting technical we can just go with the basic honey to sweeten the drink, since it is permitted, if tolerated…the question is where should all the calories come from. For the protein choices we have the eggs, fish say, salmon, (so an egg plus salmon slushie) Puree some salmon, say 100 grams (at 19 grams protein and 12 grams fat) we have: 19 grams protein x 4 calories per gram =76, 12 grams fat x 9 calories per gram= 108, 108+76 = 184 calories in 100 grams salmon. From egg white which is the higher protein of the egg than the yolk (3.6 grams/egg versus 2.7 grams/egg). 3.6 gram protein x 4 calories per gram = 14.4 calories from egg protein in single egg white. 2.7 * 4 =10.8. Then 14.4+10.8 = 25.2 calories in single egg (from protein only). Eggs not only have protein, they have Fat (lipid): eg. cholesterol (a lipid). You must determine the calories from the egg fats because you cannot remove the cholesterol from the egg. Fat has the most energy (9 calories per gram). we have 9 calories * (5 grams cholesteral or fat/egg) = 45, Then 45 + 25.2 = 70.2 calories in a single egg. Plus your honey, say 1 tablespoon (or about 13 grams carbohydrate) * 4 calories/gram = 53 calories. So 184 (salmon puree) +53 (honey) + 70.2 (egg) is about 307.2 calories. We can beef up the calories by adding more of each of above, like 2 eggs instead of just 1, or, we can find a ‘more’ permissible fat (triglyceride) such as from oil say 13 grams fat per tablespoon * 9 calories per gram = 120 calories in tablespoon oil (must determine what oils are permitted). Medium chain might be?
Permitted foods: “unprocessed meats, poultry, fish, shellfish, eggs, honey for sweetening (if tolerated), most fresh, frozen, raw or cooked vegetables, a variety of legumes, including dried navy beans, lentils, peas, split peas, unroasted cashews, and peanuts in a shell, all-natural peanut butter, lima beans, and string beans, cheeses such as cheddar, Colby, Swiss, havarti, and dry curd cottage cheese, and homemade yogurt fermented for at least 24 hours. Additionally, most fruits and nuts are allowed, as are most oils, tea, coffee, mustard, vinegar, and juices with no additives.”

so apparently oils are ok but need to verify which…let’s say some olive oil. Say 2 tablespoons at 120 calories each= 240 calories… 307.2 + 240 = 547.2 calories so far.
Is this ridiculous? actually not. With the salmon, egg, honey and olive oil you have some pretty decent choices. Sorry its not a very flavorable drink. But consider boiling the egg and putting all ,the salmon egg honey and olive oil on a plate, and you have an extremely good meal at 547.2 calories.
