Hi everyone.
I'm new to the forum and the disease (whoo-hoo!), only 3 years and they're not positive that's the correct diagnosis. Although the the blood tests came back as probable Crohn's the colonoscopy was fairly normal. I was so sick 2 years ago I hoped to die! Then I went into remission - I suppose. But now it's coming back with new symptoms in addition to the regular stomach cramps mostly on the right side and diahrea (you'd think I'd know how to spell that dirty word after reading it over and over) and losing 35 lbs. because I couldn't eat and generally feeling achy, etc., I couldn't work for a while. That's so fun when you're single and self-employed. Okay, so I'm whining...
Now in addition to all that I have a sore tongue and leg cramps, is this from Crohn's? I couldn't take supplements until I found some gelcaps so I thought it was a vitamin deficiency but I just don't know. The doc wants me to do another colonscopy however it was arduous and only 3 years ago. And I finally got the co-pay paid off too. More whining.
Do you all hate your guts?
