severe upper arm pain

I need some advice from people who have taken the swine flu vaccine. I had mine on friday, along with the seasonal flu and pneumovax. from sunday the pain from the swine flu vaccine (left arm) started hurting, and i couldnt sleep properly that night. today morning the pain is so bad I cant change my clothes. its so painful, and disabling its unbelievable. I am also on ciprofloxacin so im thinking it might be tendonitis, but im not sure, as ive never had that before. Can someone please confirm whether what im experiencing is normal or not.

I can relay my experience with Cipro. I took it on one occasion, and I couldn't raise my left arm more than halfway for a week, because it was stiff and painful. The second time I took Cipro, I had an even worse reaction. My ankles and knees swelled up, and I could barely walk. I also had breakouts on my arms and face. My doctors were reluctant to say it might have been from Cipro, but I have no doubt. I'll never take it again, or any other fluoroquinolone antibiotic.

Humira injection once a week, many vitamins and supplements

Peace08 - just to clarify, I've never had any flu shots. I was taking Cipro for complications from Crohn's. Good luck.
