Well, bought an Itouch. I am really trying to be less materialistic but thought I could use the new Audobon field guides for guided I hikes with kids. Yes, like Bears Crohnes do poop in the woods. I have found another great function in the short time I have had it. I can send and read email as well as read the news while I am sitting on the pot. No one with Crohns should be without one! tongue tongue

I have the iPhone. I agree. You can do all sorts of 'business' while doing your 'business' :)

I have my old PalmPilot in the bathroom, on the corner of the counter for when it's not a long bathroom trip. I also grab my Kindle and read a lot of times...especially when you know it's pointless to get up cuz you're just going to turn around and head back in.

I love my Iphone! I just downloaded a new game for it called Fling that you should check out :) It's a lot of fun and good exercise for the brain. There is a free version and the full version is only .99 but it is my new favorite thing to do while in the loo :P

I had this conversation with my wife just the other day. I was telling her I wanted to upgrade from my Eternity to an iphone so I had more stuff to do I while I was...well doing stuff. Glad to hear that I am not the only one! This site gives me a real connection to other people dealing with the same kind of problems! Nice people, nice!

Has anyone found the "Sit or Squat" application on the iPhone? It shows you where all the bathrooms are. Funny thing is - I know more about bathroom locations than the applications. LOL LOL.

How long do you guys have bowel movements for? It sounds like over 10 minutes. Mine are pretty quick now. When I was in remission, I was on it for about 10-15 minutes for the 1st bowel movement of the day.

I just got an iphone a few weeks ago and my husband send me a funny app called "Coverup". Its a bunch of bathroom noises like water running or hand dryer. The idea is to turn them on when you are having a noisy bowel movement :)...something I am sure we all experience. I have not actually used it but it still made me giggle. :)
