I went of gluten and dairy/lactose 4 weeks ago, definate improvement. I get gluten free bread from the local bakery (although I have to microwave it before I eat it to soften it up, otherwise it crumbles). and there are lots of gluten free pancake mix, crackers, soup and such. Dairyland also makes a lactose free milk that is awesome. There is also gluten free pasta and I used rice noodles to make stir fry. Hope this helps.
