Scrambled eggs, white bread, vanilla pudding, organic applesauce, low-fat american cheese, lean beef, chicken, turkey, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, ensure, saltines, mac n' cheese (the boxed kind), canned tomato sauce(it is free of lumps and seeds), FLAT ginger ale, canned fruits(minus pineapple), papaya juice, canned carrots, homemade baked goods like cake and
cookies (minus nuts), spaghettios!! Thats all I can think of for now. :)
