Is this your first dose, Mr X?

If it is your first dose, and you're nervous, then perhaps you might feel better if you wait to eat until after injecting.

But no, as far as I know, it makes no difference if you eat before or after you inject. Eating *while* injecting could be tricky :-), but otherwise, I think you're fine.

It never made any difference to me concerning whether or not I ate. If it's more difficult when you're nervous then, like Ivy said, perhaps wait until a little while after to eat. Once you get over the initial fear of the injection though it's fine!
