hi all,
sorry that i'm a few days late with this thread!! after seeing in the new year on the toilet (probably a sign of what is to come this year!) i decided to do everything in my power to beat this and regain some control!! i having changing lots of things such as cutting out certain foods, but i know i could do alot more. for example, iv been using the joint pain i suffer from as an excuse to avoid exercise. but with my new years resolution, i've decided that ill stop finding excuses and ill do exercise little and often and hopefully it'll help me physically and psychologically, as i find exercise to be great for stress!!
anyone else have any resolutions they'd like to share?!
